This month's article will be short and sweet. We coined the phrase
"It Takes a Community to Save The Community" some months back.
Although we do not yet have a final resolution, we would not even
be here without the amazing community support. Residents of Sun
Lakes, Four Seasons, Banning, Beaumont, and others have been
extremely supportive both financially and emotionally to the cause.
The Pass Action Group Board of Directors would like to once again
thank each and every one of you for your support.
Recent events have included a Town Hall on Feb. 7 and a FUNraiser
dinner on March 26. Over 300 supporters attended the Town Hall
and we had over 100 at the Friends Follies dinner.
The city and developers submitted their response to our opening
brief on Feb. 7. Our reply was submitted to the court on March 9. The
court will schedule a hearing. At the time of this publication, there
is no date set for this hearing. Our expectation is this will happen by
the end of May 2023.
