community yard sale Saturday, April 15, 8 am to 12 pm. The Colony's Community Yard sale is finally here, so get all your hidden treasures ready to sell! This event is for Colony residents and their guests, so you may pick up a guest pass for the yard sale at any time in the Activities Office. Residents who have registered for the yard sale can park on the street Friday and Saturday, April 14 and 15, but you need to pick up your special Yard Sale Parking pass in the Activities Office. A registration form will be available online through eBlast as well as at the Reception desk. Colony Car Show Saturday, April 15, 8 to 10 am, Clubhouse Parking Lot. Come on down for the Spring 2023 Car Show. No registration is required, just show up! All cars eligible, old and new. Coffee and donuts provided. Featured at Disneyland and major theaters, Paperback Writer — The Beatles Experience from Los Angeles receives standing ovations from audiences worldwide. Hear the hits from the Ed Sullivan Show through the colorful Sgt. Pepper's years and on to the rooftops of Let It Be performed with "spot on" vocal, look- and sound-alike ability. The Beatles 1964/65 Hollywood Bowl producer celebrity Bob Eubanks (The Newlywed Game) personally endorses this show, saying it is nothing less than "Sensational!" The seating will be cabaret style, and tables of eight may be purchased with individual checks. Social hour starts at 6:30 pm, followed by the show at 7 pm. Tickets are $14. BYOB and snacks. Saturday, May 27 at 7 to 10 pm. Welcome back one of our favorite classic style rock bands, Classic Buzz. This group can be found performing at the downtown Temecula Wine Garden and at several wineries in Temecula. Tickets are $10 per person. BYOB and snacks. There will be open Auditorium seating, with the dance floor open to bust a move! Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7 pm. Memorial day party Monday, May 29, 3:30 to 7:30 pm. The Colony is throwing a pool party, with live entertainment and BBQ! Hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and veggie burgers will also be available. Takin' it Easy, The Eagles and all things 70s, will be there. Come on out and relive those timeless years of rock and roll and embrace the temptation to move your feet and sing along! There is no better way to kick off your summer party fun than with Takin' it Easy and your friends at The Colony. Tickets are $15 for entry only and $26 for the BBQ meal that will be catered by Culinary Creations. The assigned seating is limited to the patio area only. Pool area tables will not be assigned. Entry to the event will be from the Lounge only. cinco de mayo party Saturday, May 6, 6 pm. Ay Chihuahua! The blues getting you down? Then let's dance! The Colony Social Committee is hosting a FIESTA! This includes all your favorite dance music, taco truck and the opportunity to show off your best El Jarabe Tapatio (Mexican Hat Dance). The seating will be cabaret style, and tables of eight may be purchased with individual checks payable to The Colony HOA. Tickets are $19. BYOB. NO ENTRY TO AUDITORIUM UNTIL 6 PM!
