EARTH DAY GARDEN TOUR
Save the date for the Petal Pushers Garden
Club's 2nd Annual Colony Home Garden Tour,
which coincidentally happens to be on Earth
Day, Saturday, April 22, from 10 am to 1 pm.
To begin the tour, come to the Clubhouse
Atrium to pick up a map and descriptions of
the gardens. You will learn which home to start
at, and then follow the numbers to the next
home. Our plan is to spread out the visitors
to make it more enjoyable for everyone.
Last year we had 16 gardens on the tour,
with over 150 guests touring.
This year we already have 11
home gardens, and more to
come. You do not have to have the
perfect garden. Maybe you just
have a fountain, fruit trees, vinyl
fencing, patio cover, succulents,
cement pavers, outdoor furniture,
an interesting view, or you simply
want to show your green thumb
and beautiful plants. If you
are interested in opening your
garden, please contact any of us.
This is a special time to meet
new residents and neighbors
from around The Colony as well
as enjoying some time outside on
Earth Day.
