APRIL FACILITY UPDATES The outdoor pools will be heated
for an April 15 opening. Also on April 15, the hours of the facilities
go back to daily 7 am openings and 9 pm closings, except for certain
holidays. The pool heaters will be turned off and facility hours will
be on summer hours until Nov. 1.
BOARD ELECTION In the Breeze this month are the HOA
Board of Directors candidate statements. In odd years, three seats
are open for election. Even years have four seats. Cumulative voting
is no longer in effect, so only one vote per candidate is the process.
Please make sure to vote to elect the Board members you feel will
serve the community well.
SLOW DOWN A reminder I give at each Open Session
Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the
gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few
seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all
side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive
responsibly. Use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian. ~ Eric Zarr,
