24 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2023
Hi, Sadie here to tell you about the exciting news of another "Yappy Hour at the Corral" on
Saturday, April 29 from 1 to 3 pm at the Canine Corral. I am so excited because my furry friends
and I get to show off the fun times that we have at the Corral. You must be a member of the Corral
to come inside on that day. Consider having your mom and/or dad come down to the Corral and
watch us have a great time running around, playing with balls and frisbees. I overheard my mom
say they will have refreshments and raffles. My mom and other Canine Corral members will be on
hand to answer any questions you may have. Registration is $40 the first year and all dogs must be
current on vaccinations. There are 42 of my friends registered so far and I would love having new
friends to play with.
Currently, groups are meeting at the Corral on Saturdays at 9 am, Sundays at 9 am, and
Wednesdays at 3 pm. Starting in May, the Saturday and Sunday morning times will change to 8 am.
Our Wednesday 3 pm time is also very popular, and I need to get my mom to take me so I can see
if some of my friends are there. Please join us on one of those days or set up alternative play dates
with other members via the Canine Corral Facebook Group, Four Seasons Canine Corral (https://
www.facebook.com/groups/638146317048512)
I also found out they are looking for new members to join the Canine Corral Council. They
meet the first Thursday of the month at 10 am in the RCN Conference Room and my mom said
no previous experience is necessary. ~ Sadie Marie Morton for my mom, Barbara Morton,

Social Committee
We hope you all enjoyed our Swingin' 60s event.
We may still have some tickets left for the upcoming Comedy Show
— check at The Lodge front desk. The three comedians performing
that evening are Mike Cano as seen on NBC, MTV2, and Laughs on
Fox. Jammin Jay Lamont has been featured on HBO, Showtime,
Comedy Central, and BET Comic View. Last but not least is my
favorite comedian, the Great Omar, seen on Hulu and Amazon. I
think the reason I like him is that he makes fun of himself.
The show is on April 22; doors open at 5:15 pm, show starts at 6
pm. Tickets are $25 per person and are non-refundable. There is no
assigned seating. BYOB. We will have coffee, water, and some sort
of sweets.
We will have one door prize and three large raffle baskets. Please
bring extra $$ to help raise funds for our next event.
Don't miss this show! Please invite your friends and neighbors.
If there are any tickets left, we will open it up to non-residents the
last two weeks before the event starts.
Thank you for all your support to our Social Committee; we
so appreciate each and every one of you. ~ Loretta Ramsey,
