| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MAY 2023 | 33 In case you were wondering (if you are in the Bistro early on Tuesdays and Thursdays) who that noisy group is… well, wonder no longer. This is the Pre-Sasy gathering. One of our members set the tone with, "If you can't move your hips, then move your lips!" We have been doing this for many years now. SASY is strength training only. There are 15 exercises for arms, legs and torso. The class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday. Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) Healthy Living Healthy Living Co-Hosts, David and Karen Tuvim, present informative and thought-provoking articles on many health-related subjects. We have been meeting in the Bistro, but was adjusted to our location in the MPR on April 12. Please come and join us as we discuss these interesting subjects. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am. The dinner meeting and social interaction helps with rekindling old friendships as well as new. The WIT Team gathers once a month in the Ballroom for a dinner meeting. Dinner orders are called into the Bistro between 2 and 4 pm. When they gather at 5 pm, their orders are already being prepared and are ready for delivery to each attendee. We are a support group.
