FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2023 11
The court case involving the city of Banning, Creation Equity,
and the Pass Action Group (PAG) continues to move forward. All
the briefs have been submitted to Judge Reimer, and the Judge has
scheduled a hearing date of Nov. 17, 2023. As we get closer to the
hearing date, the PAG will update us on the proceedings.
In the meantime, a fundraiser dinner was held on March 26 and
over 100 people participated in the event which was a great success.
The PAG plans to continue their fundraising efforts to make sure they
have the funds to get through the case until its conclusion.
The PAG is current on all expenses thanks to the great support
received from Sun Lakes and other areas of Banning and Beaumont.
We will all be affected by the truck traffic and the congestion at or
near the 10 Freeway, its on and off ramps, and local streets used by
the trucks potentially 24 hours a day.
Fundraising is ongoing. If you want to make an online donation,
it can be made at www.givebutter.com/passactiongroupbanning.
Checks can be set to the Pass Action Group at 4832 Crenshaw Circle,
Banning, CA 92220.
The PAG Board of Directors thank everyone who have supported
and continue to support the efforts to stop the warehouse.
