FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2023 33
We had the Riverside County Transportation Commission
representative at Four Seasons to talk about the plans and projects
they have. The meeting was well attended by our residents who had
many questions for the representative.
We also had John Huntsman, Environmental Compliance Manager
for the city of Beaumont Waste Water Division. John spoke about the
proper disposal of fats, oils, and grease.
Representatives from the Beaumont Police Department were
present to discuss current criminal activities in the Beaumont area.
On May 10 at 10 am in The Lodge Ballroom, there will be a
presentation by Cal Fire Captain Matt Escandel who will take
questions from our residents prior to his presentation about fire
safety. He will bring firefighters and emergency medical technicians
who will explain what they do in their emergency responses.
We are in the process of updating our Block Captain list for Four
Seasons. Andi Henderson is compiling a list of our Neighborhood
Watch Block Captains so that we can contact them in the event of any
emergency.
We are still getting reports from residents about others speeding,
failing to stop at stop signs, and not yielding to other residents who
are already in roundabouts. Please slow down and stop at stop
signs. The speed limit on Four Seasons Circle is 30 mph, 25 mph on
residential streets, including Green Creek Trail, and 15 mph in alleys.
Thank you to our Block Captains and to all our Neighborhood
Watch members for all you do to keep our community safe. ~ Jerry
