Our 4x4 group enjoyed two runs for March. Scott Snyder led us on
our monthly day trip through the Meccacopia Jeep Trail. Six Jeeps
joined us. This is always a great day. We finished with a late lunch
in Mecca.
Our second run for March was a first for us, we joined the Hemet
Jeep Club as guests for a weekend overnight trip to Blair Valley in the
Anza Borrego Desert State Park. We explored the Pinyon Mountain
area, and then drove up Fish Creek. We lunched at a Native American
historical site and then headed back to camp and enjoyed a warm
campfire.
We generally meet in the RCN Conference Room on the second
Tuesday at 6:30 pm; our day run is usually the following Thursday.
