16 | LIFE IN SOLERA | MAY 2023 | BUNCO NIGHT: Join us for Bunco Night on Thurs., June 22, at 6:30 pm in Oakmont Rooms 1-3. Doors open at 6 pm. The cost is $6 per person and tickets are available from the office from May 30 through June 19. Tickets will not be sold at the door. There will be prizes, snacks, and water… but most of all FUN! This event is sponsored by RACC and CDC guidelines will be followed. RAAC PAR-TEA FASHION SHOW: Mark your calendars for the June 10 Tea and Fashion Show. There will be a fully catered tea beginning at 1 pm including scones, sandwiches, and desserts with all the trimmings. Please bring your own special tea cup with you and perhaps you will share the story of why it is special to you. Tickets will go on sale at the clubhouse office beginning May 1 at $24 per person. Fashions from Chico's will be modeled by our own residents. There will be a wide variety of fashions ranging in many different sizes. You will want to check out all the newest trends for this summer. Chico's will also be offering everyone that attends a discount at their store in Cabazon. We have many creative crafters in Solera, and we are hoping that some of them might want to donate one of their items as a door prize for this event. We will announce their name and that anyone wanting one of their items should attend Solera's Craft Fair in the fall.
