Communication & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) The Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors created the Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) to research, develop, and improve existing and new communication methods for the community. To accomplish our goals, we are looking to modify current communication methods, if needed, as well as institute state-of-the-art technological solutions in an effort to keep all residents informed. Please note, in order to reach our goals, it is important that residents provide us feedback, comments, and concerns as well as completed surveys when asked. We want to hear from you! We have some exciting news for you… HOA SITES: Work has begun on creating a new website for our community. The look will be crisp, clean, up-to-date, and user friendly. • We are now building the home page. Our goal for this page is to make navigation to the most popular content intuitive and one click away. • We are working closely with David Paredes, management's Technical Assistant. He is doing the build and will be the one to maintain content after we go live. • Please complete the "Website Survey." It can be found as a link in the Weekly eBlast or as a flyer in the Mail Room. Our new website is for everyone and the more input we receive, the better the outcome. Initial response has been small yet fruitful. We really need your input. Survey participation will end on May 15. • Our goal is to have the new website ready to go-live in the fall. BRIGHT SIGN: Board-approved software and hardware project that allows community information to be displayed on televisions around the Clubhouse. • Installation to be determined.
