FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JUNE 2023 11 The court case involving the City of Banning, Creation Equity, and the Pass Action Group (PAG) is scheduled for Nov. 17, 2023. The Judge will hear the case and will rule on the matter. It is not known whether or not the ruling would come in days, weeks or even longer, but as soon as the information is available it will be passed on as an article in the Breeze. The Pass Action Group will be holding a Town Hall to update supporters on Sunday, June 25 at 4 pm. The Town Hall will be held in the Sun Lakes Ballroom. Please put the date and time on your calendar and plan on attending this important information meeting. State Assembly Bill AB1000, which would require a 1,000 foot setback of warehouses over 100,000 square feet, has stalled. State Assembly Bill AB1748, which would require a 300 foot setback of warehouses over 400,000 square feet in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, has passed the first committee hurdle and will now move forward in its required process.
