The calendar is changing and the weather is warming up. As it gets
warmer, our wine selections may (or may not) change to lighter wines.
Rosés and whites become a lot more popular when the weather warms up.
Just remember that the best glass of wine is usually the wine that is in your
glass; so enjoy!
This month we will be hosting Masia de la Vinya Winery out of Temecula.
Masia is located on the "Trail Less Traveled." Roughly translated, Masia de la
Vinya means "manor house of the vineyard." It is a boutique winery where
the philosophy is to offer handcrafted, unique wines which are fruit forward
and made to pair well with food.
A wine club favorite, Walter Carter will be showcasing the wines of Masia
de la Vinya. Walter is the Director of Hospitality for this winery and Danza
Del Sol.
Also, we will have a presentation on Police K-9 uses which should be
informative.
Let's start the summer season off right. Looking forward to seeing all of
