My name is George Grady and I am a fitness instructor
for For the Health of It. I teach Ripped and Cardio
Kickboxing for Seniors here at Four Seasons. Ripped is
on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am and 9:30am and
with Cardio kickboxing on Saturdays at 9:30 am. I've been
teaching both formats for 11 years. Ripped is a full-body
conditioning class that seniors can go at their own pace,
have fun, and improve their health all at once. Cardio
kickboxing is a cardio, self-defense workout format that
seniors can also go at their own pace, have fun, as well as
strengthen their cardiovascular health.
I invite you to come and try our classes. You will feel
comfortable, have fun, and feel a part of the family-
oriented atmosphere. Looking forward to working with
