The Colony Box Office
What? No more checks? I have been hearing
from so many residents. The only checks
they write are for Colony Events… or, what,
you don't take a credit card!? Well, friends,
no more. All Colony event tickets are now
available to purchase on the Colony website
and eBlast with your credit card. Here's how
it works.
• Event tickets will go on sale the 1st of each
month or the following business day.
• As always, only two tickets per household may be purchased
for the first week of sales, after that the event is open to friends
and family and you may purchase multiple tickets (residents
must accompany guests to events). The online purchases are
monitored for non-Colony resident purchases and unauthorized
sales will be canceled.
• Tickets can be purchased online using a debit/credit card or in
the Activities Office with a check or debit/credit card.
• Once you have made your first online purchase, you will have
the option to create an account. To create an account, click claim
account. You can then modify your purchase and access your
transactions and event tickets. You can save your credit card and
billing information for easy check out. Or
not, this is only an option.
• An account is not required for purchasing
tickets.
• All ticket sales include credit card
processing and service fees where applicable:
2.99% + $1.
• After you have purchased your ticket, you
will see a confirmation page and receive an
email with your receipt.
• Each ticket includes a QR code with your ticket details. Your
table number will be included for events that have assigned
seating.
• At the event, we can scan the QR code on your ticket. You can
show it on your smartphone OR bring a printout.
• Forget your ticket? We can look you up, but scanning is much
quicker, so please bring your ticket.
If you are not tech savvy or do not like to make online purchases,
please do not fret. You can still buy your tickets in the Activities
Office! I am always happy to see you. ~ Kara Hardy, Recreation
