The 2022-2023 Bowling League season ended on
May 18. Our awards dinner was held that night, and
a great time was had by all. After 39 weeks, the "Ball
Busters" finished in 1ST place with 83 wins, with team
members Sheila Spradling, Dottie Hodson, Lynn Ennis
and Frank Hattabaugh. "Strikes Happen" finished in
2nd place with 80.5 wins, with team members Jerry
Hanson, Ed Monroe, Jim Wheeler and Beverly Patten.
"Primavera Kids" finished in 3rd place with 77.5 wins,
with team members Jay Schodrowski, Jamie Calvert,
Gloria and Hank Fleischer. Only 5.5 games separated
1st from 3rd place; scores were very close this year.
Individual Awards given were: High Average to John
Haller and Jerry Hanson; High Scratch Series to Hank
Fleischer and Lynn Ennis; High Scratch Game to Jay
Schrodrowski, Bonnie Graham and Sheila Spradling
(tied); High Handicap Series to Andy Sciacca and Ali
Holland, and High Handicap Game to Bryant Hawkins
and Donna Thrall.
