36 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2023 Amphitheater Don't miss our next Amphitheater concert on Sunday, July 16. How appropriate that the month that we celebrate our independence from Britain we enjoy the music from the four lads from Liverpool? Do you remember the first time your heard the music of the Beatles? It could have been on the Ed Sullivan Show. Maybe it was while driving around with friends on a summer night. Well, we are going to relive Beatlemania down at the Amphitheater with an appearance by Britain's Finest, one of the foremost Beatles tribute bands in the nation. They have performed in Liverpool at the world famous Cavern Club and appeared on the television show e World's Greatest Tribute Bands. The group will make you think that you are in a time machine due to their attention to detail, harmonies, and appearance, and an uncanny, note-for-note performance to a Beatles show. The Amphitheater and Britain's Finest will be your personal time machine to that moment when The Beatles music touched your heart. The concert will start at 7 pm. Mike and the Bistro team will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs, and snacks. Additionally, the Bistro will be selling drink mixes so bring that tequila! Chairs may be set up anytime after The Lodge opens on Sunday morning. Please no blanket placeholders and make sure glass bottles are covered. Blimey mate get your friends and neighbors and have some fun. As an added activity on Wednesday, July 12, the Amphitheater team will be presenting an outdoor movie. The movie is at ing You Do with Tom Hanks starring as a manager of a Beatles-like band and their journey to fame. Come on down, bring your popcorn. Movie will start at dark. ~ Mark Lassen, lassenqa@aol.com Our next meeting will be in The Lodge Game Room on Monday, Aug. 14 at 6 pm. You are encouraged to attend our bi-monthly meetings.
