Anyone interested in playing with our fun group can join us on Tuesdays. The first session is 11 am to 1 pm. The second session is 1 to 3 pm. We welcome and look forward to seeing you! ~ Paul Snyder, (909) 214-9464 Billiards for Fun Your 8-Ball Club continues the season with lots of practice and tournaments. Just a reminder the club practices or plays tournaments Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6:30 to 9 pm. We hold a Club meeting on the first Wednesday of each month, an 8-Ball tournament on the second Wednesday of the month, and a 9-Ball tournament on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The months in-house 8-Ball tournament saw returning player Gary Christie make it to the finals only to lose to John Johnson. Congratulations to John this month's 8-Ball champion and to Gary the 8-Ball runner up. The months in-house 9-Ball tournament saw nine players competing. Jim Kelly came back from the loser bracket to defeat Larry Rice winning both the first match and second match to become this month's 9-Ball champion. Congratulations to Jim this month's 9-Ball champion and to Larry the 9-Ball runner up. For off-site tournaments, note these addresses: Solera Oak Valley (1615 Fairway Dr., Beaumont); Solera Diamond Valley (1645 Paseo Diamante, Hemet). If you're new to the game or have played before, don't be shy — stop by, pick up a stick and give us a try. Walk in and ask for Del, Larry, or any of the members playing. The 8-Ball Club is always looking for new members who would like to learn and play pool to join us. There is a calendar of our events in The Lodge Billiards Room on the 8-Ball Club bulletin board.
