It was standing-room only and we heard so many kind and generous remarks regarding our performance. anks again to all who attended. We're excited to announce that on Aug. 10 at 7 pm we will continue our Local Artist Concert Series in an evening of Cabaret music presented by Patricia Jewel. Patricia Jewel is an accomplished actor, singer and songwriter based in Southern California. Classically trained, she exhibits great versatility and has been featured in productions from Handel's oratorio Messiah to Kander and Ebb's Chicago. Patricia has captivated audiences with her warm tone and nuanced phrasing, showcasing her gi of singing big ballads and brassy upbeat melodies. Selected regional credits include: e Bodyguard, Dr. Suess's How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Hair, Once on is Island, Chicago, Oliverio: A Brazilian Twist, Little Shop of Horrors, e Hunchback of Notre Dame, oroughly Modern Millie and Hairspray. She is a proud graduate of e University of Redlands where she earned her bachelor's in music and psychology. She has toured nationally and internationally with award winning ensembles and in 2021 was voted Broadway World's Best Supporting Performer in a Musical for Hair at e Old Globe. Learn more at www.patriciajewel.com In her upcoming cabaret performance at Ocean Hills, Patricia Jewel comes with esteemed music director and pianist Elan McMahan for a night of well-known songs from the stage and screen. She recently made her debut cabaret at ClubM this Spring at Moonlight Stage Productions and will now give an intimate version of the show on Aug. 10. Join us for a night of Broadway tunes and beloved songs from the silver screen. With music from productions like e Wizard of Oz to Wicked, jazz standards and a sprinkle of Disney magic, it is sure to be a night to enjoy. Seats are $10 each and there are three ways to arrange your seats: 1. You can purchase your seats at the concierge desk at the Clubhouse on July 20, 21, 27, and 28 from 10 am to 2 pm. 2. You can leave a check at the front desk made out to Ocean Hills Chorale and ask them to put it in the Choral Society Envelope. Include your name and how many will be attending. 3.
