| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2023 | 15
Our June meeting was held in the lovely
home garden of member, Carol Eoff. Photos
(above le) illustrate the peaceful serenity of
her sanctuary, one pictured with Carol enjoying
just that! Home truly must be where our hearts
are.
On June 29, Late Bloomers enjoyed another
sanctuary at the Edward Dean Museum & Gardens in Oak Valley.
is photo (above right) was taken of our group in front of the
fireplace in a room resplendent with furnishings, paintings,
and crystal chandeliers, circa 1720. Rooms within the museum
are rich with history and the surrounding grounds exude quiet
tranquility. A destination well worth visiting!
On Tues., Aug. 1, we will travel south to visit a one of a kind
Hybrid Plumeria Nursery in Encinitas. e proprietor of this
unique destination works very closely with Plumeria growers in
Hawaii to create beautiful blooms, which will be for sale. We will
also be including Quail Gardens in Encinitas on this trip, with
lunch plans TBD along the coast. If this is a
trip you may be interested in, please contact
us. We will be meeting in the small SW
parking lot at 8:15 am for departure at 8:30
am.
We love to have residents of our Four Seasons
family join us in meetings, for excursions and
to experience with us forever friendships. For the rest of 2023 we
will be meeting in Club Members' homes, in lieu of the Arts &
Cras Room. Stay tuned here for addresses in each edition.
Sharing gardening tips, traveling together, learning from each
other, and cultivating forever friendships are the blooms growing
in our gardens. Late Bloomers meets every second Monday of the
month at 1 pm, usually followed by an excursion planned later in
the month.
All residents are welcome to attend meetings and trips. For
more information, please contact Sharon Deuber at (760) 500-
