MEET WITH A DIRECTOR: Wed., Aug. 9, 5 pm in the Lounge. Kathy C. Stevens will be available for this informal question and
answer get-together, which meets the second Wednesday of each month.
SUGGESTION BOX: e Clubhouse Lobby now includes a Suggestion Box for resident input! All suggestions will be collected
and reviewed by management every Friday. Management will then take action to resolve reasonable requests and items that
do not require Board approval. If a name is provided, Management will contact that resident with the action that will be taken.
Management will forward all suggestions to the Board for review and consideration.

Catherine Newhouse
During the May 18, 2023
General Board meeting,
Catherine Newhouse was listed
in error on the "In Memorium"
slide. Please note, that Ms. Newhouse is alive and
well. Unfortunately, it was her fur baby, Foxy, who
passed away. We apologize for the error or any
