ADVERTISING Contact Image Up at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@verizon.net In accordance with the Solera Diamond Valley (SDV) Governing Documents, Committees, Clubs, and Groups at SDV are required to undergo an annual audit. is audit serves as a vital process to ensure transparency and accountability within the various organizations. e deadline for submitting all necessary paperwork is set for Mon., Oct. 9. e audit process entails a collaborative effort between the respective organizations and the management. Each Committee, Club, or Group is required to meet with the management team to complete the audit. e objective of this audit is to review and assess the financial records and activities of the organizations. Following the submission of the paperwork, Management will schedule meetings with the Committee Chairpersons and Treasurers. ese meetings provide an opportunity for the management team to discuss the audit findings, address any concerns, and ensure compliance with the governing documents. It is a crucial step in maintaining effective communication and cooperation between the organizations and the management. Similarly, for Clubs, Management will arrange meetings with Club Presidents and Treasurers. During these meetings, the management team will review the audit results specific to each club, discuss financial matters, and ensure adherence to the governing guidelines. is process allows for a comprehensive evaluation of each club's financial performance and helps identify areas for improvement or support. e annual audit process for Committees, Clubs, and Groups at SDV plays a significant role in upholding transparency and accountability. By following the guidelines outlined in the SDV Governing Documents, these organizations can ensure that their financial records are accurately maintained and that their operations align with the established standards. e management meetings with Committee Chairpersons, Treasurers, Club Presidents, and Treasurers serve as a platform for collaboration, communication, and the collective pursuit of organizational excellence.
