I would encourage all residents to become more familiar with the finances of our fantastic community. We would love to hear about your concerns and encourage you to share them with us. Attending a meeting only takes a little time and will give you a better understanding of how we operate. Come and join us in making this a thriving vibrant community. Our meetings are held in the RCN Conference Room. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Jolene Cooley joleneaudit@gmail.com. ~ Jolene Cooley In the dog days of summer, we're happy we live in such a beautiful community to help us through these warm days. We on the Facilities Committee are not letting the long, hot days stop us from getting projects underway. We have submitted proposals that have been approved by the Board of Directors for the removal and replacement of some lifted sidewalk panels and the restoration of the beautiful fountain in the bocce ball area of The Lodge. Projects awaiting approval (at the time of this writing) include new replacement tables for the Ballroom, new card tables activity rooms, and new televisions for the Billiards and Game Rooms. The Facilities Committee will be submitting an updated Committee Charter and a Strategic Plan to the Board this month. The focus of these documents is to ensure a quality living environment for all Four Seasons homeowners. We take seriously our commitment to serving the Board of Directors and the community at large by preserving and maintaining all facility assets in a fiscally responsible manner, for the betterment of us all. We meet the second Wednesday of each month at 9 am (please note the time change) in the RCN Conference Room.
