Oriental Pasta Salad
This month's recipe was submitted by another Four Seasons home chef, Marty Rotman.
This noodle salad has become his signature dish at potlucks. It is absolutely delicious.
Many thanks to all our home chefs who have answered the call to submit family recipes. I
am enjoying reading and trying each and every recipe. Keep those recipes coming. If you have

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil spaghetti, drain, and set aside.
2. Combine corn oil, sesame oil, and crushed red
pepper in a bowl. Microwave for about one
minute, until hot. Remove from microwave
and add honey, soy sauce, and salt mixing
well. Set aside.
3. Place drained spaghetti in a medium bowl.
Add cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and
sesame seeds and mix. Add the sauce mix
until everything is combined.
4. Refrigerate overnight. Mixing well several
times to be sure the spaghetti is completely
marinated in the sauce.
Note: To double the recipe, just add an additional
one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of
soy sauce. Enjoy!
