TAG (Technical Advisory Group) is a small group of volunteers
who offer free assistance with minor technical issues and provide
informed advice in the ever-expanding world of technology.
We organize Help Sessions in the computer room, sometimes
covering specific topics otherwise addressing various questions.
Additionally, we plan to conduct workshops on current technology-
related matters. e computer room is open for general use by all
OHCC residents when no scheduled events are taking place. To
stay updated on computer room happenings, please refer to the
TAG calendar displayed in the computer room window or visit
the TAG website at https://ohcctag.wixsite.com/ohcctag/calendar.
You can obtain the key to the room at the front desk.
In the computer room, you'll find PCs running the latest version
of Windows 10 and iMacs running Ventura. All the computers
are equipped with Microso Office products and have access to
Ancestry.com and other useful applications. Additionally, they
feature soware that automatically removes all activity upon
restarting the machines.
To ensure your browsing history is erased and the computers
are ready for the next user, it is advisable to restart the computer
aer each use. For your convenience, there is a Restart icon
available on the desktop.
