TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) With the hot summer ending, and hopefully cooler days, we must remember that we do not just "fall" into healthy habits – we must make a conscious effect to establish them. Fall is a beautiful season with the leaves changing to their brilliant colors. This is a great time of the year to make a change (turn over a new leaf for yourself ). Our TOPS chapter offers programs on nutrition, exercise, wellness, and more. We provide ongoing support and encouragement to our members no matter where they are in their weight-loss journey. Pounds are Falling Off with TOPS here at Sun Lakes! TOPS is affordable at $49 a year for new members plus $3 monthly chapter dues which includes a My Day One (a quick-start guide), and six TOPS magazines a year. You also have access to our members-only website with online tracking tools, recipes, and a medical library. We invite you to visit our TOPS chapter once free of charge. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am.
