I was a chef at various restaurants
and country clubs. is was taken
when I worked at California State
University, San Bernardino. I was
executive chef there for 30 years. I
oversaw the food for students and staff
as well as catered black-tie events for

I'm in the middle with my right arm in a sling enjoying the
sunshine with Victoria Elementary students parading their
windmills from Science Week. I was the assistant principal in

I worked at Bed Bath & Beyond in Beaumont
for more than four years and loved it. I met so
many residents from our surrounding areas and
I was delighted to assist them with purchases for
their home. Aer this job I finally decided to
