To FirstService Residential,
We just want to express our gratitude to all of the staff that kept Four
Seasons up and running during our fire emergencies last month. We
know that many of you live nearby and may have had your homes under
evacuation. Some may have had to travel miles out of their norm to
make it to and from home to work due to road closures.
Your coverage in all the many Daily Report updates was excellent.
e links to government sites and our EPC booklet, and the maps were
spot on. We are sure you fielded a lot of crazy calls from many of our
residents who felt their problems were far more important than anyone
else's — please write them in a journal and someday publish them for a
good laugh.
Moving the Amphitheater music inside Sunday evening was a blessing
for all who attended and I know it took a lot of work to do all those
table set-ups. And don't think those tablecloths and centerpieces did not
go unnoticed! It was a great de-stressor aer dealing with flames and
smoke.
Staffing and opening the clubhouses while we were on evacuation
warning and allowing everyone to get back to their normal routines was
a blessing.
We could go on and on. Just know you all, and that includes
maintenance and janitors too, are appreciated!
