Ladies Putters
The Ladies Putter Group held their Bi-Annual Awards Potluck on July 10. Cash awards were given out in five categories in both Groups A
and B for the first six months of the year, and Co-Groundskeeper, Bonnie Brown, brought some scratchers as door prizes which added to the
fun! We added a few more categories which gave more players the opportunity to win. Below are the top winners in both Groups A and B. As
always, we welcome new players even if your only putting experience has been on the Miniature Golf Tour, LOL.

TOPS
The weight loss journey is a personal one. At TOPS (take off
pounds sensibly), we respect each member's individual journey and
choices, while urging one another to be our healthiest selves. We even
have a Bill of Rights which includes our right to privacy and right of
choice regarding contests.
Last month we reviewed what a "serving" actually looks like.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture replaced its 20 year-old food
pyramid with easy to understand ways of measuring a serving size.
For example, a three-ounce serving of meat should be the size of a
deck of cards and one cup of yogurt the size of a baseball.
At one yummy meeting, we got to taste healthy homemade peanut
butter oat clusters. Occasionally, members bring in low-calorie
recipes, samples, or healthy store-bought finds.
You may find that a group like TOPS can help you as well. We meet
on Tuesdays at 8:30 am in the Ballroom. For more information, call
