It's finally here! e new Colony website
will be going live this month. An email
will be sent from the HOA office to notify
you when it's available. e site will also
be demonstrated at the Annual Meeting on
ursday, Sept. 21.
e website has two objectives. First, it is
intended to be the one place to find all up-to-
date and timely Colony information in a user-
friendly format. e second objective is that
it forms a positive impression for potential
residents and creates a desire for them to
look at the homes for sale. e website will
reflect who we are and our positioning in
relationship to other HOAs in the area.
Our new website address is thecolonyatcaloaks.com. e
site is responsive, so it resizes itself for a computer, tablet
or smartphone. When it becomes live, you can use your
smartphone and access the site from the QR code above.
Websites are never finished, and we will continually be
adding information and updating it. We hope you like what
you see. We value your feedback, and there will be a link on the
site to email the Webmaster with your input.
We are looking forward to having this be a
valuable communication resource for e
Colony.
As Chair of the CATCOM Marketing
Outreach subcommittee, I would like to thank
the members for their help in developing the
website, starting with Ken Luekens, Marc
Tuttobene, Janet Houde, Lennie Martin, Mia
Jenssen and Bo Hansson. I also want to thank
Kara Hardy and Kathy C. Stevens for their
support and guidance. Lastly, many thanks
to Right at Home, a Home Care & Assistance
organization, for bringing margaritas and
snacks to the Annual Meeting to help us celebrate.
