While traveling with Isaac and two servants, Abraham is flooded with vivid memories from the years he and Sarah spent longing for the son they were promised - the son he must now lay upon the altar. When the tenacious young sailor Jessica Watson sets out to be the youngest person to sail solo, non-stop and unassisted around the world, many expect her to fail. With the support of her sailing coach and mentor, Ben Bryant, and her parents, Jessica is determined to accomplish what was thought to be impossible, navigating some of the world's most challenging stretches of ocean over the course of 210 days. PAINT - BOB ROSS (2023) Wed., Sept. 13, 6:30 pm. Starring Owen Wilson, Elisabeth Henry, Paul Kosopod, Sonia Darmei Lopes, Ryan Czerwonko. Carl Nargle is Vermont's #1 public television painter. He has a signature perm, a custom van, and fans hanging on his every stroke. But when a younger, better artist steals everything Carl loves, he must find a way to reclaim his fame and his life. With the help of his loyal friends and family, Carl sets out to create a masterpiece that will prove to the world that he is still the best painter around. But as he works, he begins to realize that there is more to art than just talent. It is also about passion, heart, and the courage to follow your dreams. In the end, Carl creates a painting that is more than just a work of art. It is a testament to his resilience, his determination, and his love of painting. And it is a reminder that even when life knocks you down, you can always get back up and paint your own masterpiece. Due to the upcoming Auditorium Lighting Project, Movie Nights may be rescheduled.
