ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION: ursday, Sept. 21 at 1 pm. Seating will be available in the Auditorium and the meeting will be
livestreamed on YouTube at www.thecolonyatcaloakshoa.com/board-meetings.
MEET WITH A DIRECTOR: Wed., Sept. 13, 5 pm in the Lounge. Kathy C. Stevens will be available for this informal question
and answer get-together, which meets the second Wednesday of each month.
SUGGESTION BOX: e Clubhouse Lobby now includes a Suggestion Box for resident input! All suggestions will be collected
and reviewed by management every Friday. Management will then take action to resolve reasonable requests and items that
do not require Board approval. If a name is provided, Management will contact that resident with the action that will be taken.
Management will forward all suggestions to the Board for review and consideration.
