Stretch it out Social Dance
Stretch erapy to improve your lifestyle.
Stretch-X offers elite level stretching for all ages,
helping increase your range of motion, posture,
flexibility, blood circulation, and overall function.
Learn everything from swing and salsa, cha cha,
waltz, slow dancing to country western couples dance.
Please wear comfortable shoes, ballroom shoes or
dance socks. If you would like to record the session,
please bring your cameras.
Classes are on Thursdays from 12 to
2 pm. Cost is $35 per session (25
minutes) or $120 per month. Checks
payable to Stretch-X.
Classes are on Tuesdays at 1 pm
in Oakmont 1-3. Cost is $10 per
person. RSVP at the front desk.
