"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." ~ Lao Tzu e allure of travel is unmistakable. As humans, we have adoration for our planet's remarkable beauty and resilience. Our boundless energy as anthropoids have found comfort, exploration, excitement, beauty, and yes, even dread within our precious globe's substance. We travel in comfort via airplanes, buses, trains, cruise ships, motorcycles, and cars to assess our earth's vital contents. We explore the unknown with joy, witnessing an African safari, an aurora borealis, a stranded polar bear, an Amazon forest, a coral reef teeming with life, a National park, a European city, an underground cave; we regale in the mystique of life's creatures, big and small, and how fascinating our amazing earth is at present. We visit relatives and friends at reunions. Hopefully you will enjoy some capacity of travel during the lovely sapphire month of September! ere have been no recent celebrations of life although Sunshine has been notified of the passing of Jacqueline Hansen and Jane Murphy. We extend our sincere condolences to their family members. If you have a neighbor or friend here in our community, who is experiencing sadness, loss, or illness, please let Team Sunshine know. We will send them an appropriate card and follow with a phone call to say we're thinking of them. For those wishing prayer, a request box is provided in the Multipurpose Room. Prayer cards are provided. If you are interested in joining the prayer group, please call Marietta Ruppaner. Are you interested in joining our Team Sunshine? Perhaps you have a question or request?
