In the past two years, all Committees, Clubs, and
Groups collaborated with the management team to
carry out their organizational audits. According to the
Solera Diamond Valley Governing Documents, it is a
requirement that this audit is conducted annually. is
process will also assist in updating the Room Reservation
book for 2024. e deadline for submitting all necessary
paperwork for Committees, Clubs, and Groups is Friday,
Oct. 6. Following this deadline, Management will
schedule meetings with Committee Chairpersons and
Treasurers for Committees, and with Club Presidents
and Treasurers for Clubs.

e Annual Election is just around the corner, and
your ballot will soon be on its way for you to exercise
your right to vote. Prior to that, we extend an invitation
from the Solera Diamond Valley Board of Directors and
Management Team to attend our "Meet the Candidates"
event on Friday, Oct. 6 at 6 pm. is gathering will take
place in the Ballroom and will be hosted by Seabreeze
Management.
is occasion presents an excellent opportunity for
you to engage with the candidates, pose questions, and
gain insight into their motivations for seeking election.
To ensure fairness and inclusivity, the community will
contribute questions. On the day of the event, question
cards will be provided for homeowners to fill out and
submit. e management team will then review these
cards to prevent duplicate questions. Subsequently, the
questions will be presented to each candidate.
