Boomer Connection Potluck: e Boomer Connection meets for happy hour at 5 pm on the First Friday of every month (weather permitting). We are an informal group that (usually) gathers on the Palm Court to socialize and listen to music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Parkinson's Support: Parkinson's Support Group- Our Support Group at OHCC meets the first ursday of every month at the Clubhouse at 3 pm in the Majorca room. We are a growing group of those with Parkinson's and their Caretakers. By sharing your challenges and successes with others on the same journey, we help each other find strategies for coping with Parkinson's. We offer participation in exercises, a walking group, a dance group, and also our social activities of Happy Hours and get togethers! Please come join us and share this positive Support Group interaction and make new friends! Don't forget the new UP Mobility Class on the fourth ursday of the month from 1 to 2 pm. Easy Yoga: Easy Yoga is offered by resident Jody McDonough via video. Come and join her class to rejuvenate your spirit, mind and body. Bring an exercise mat, small pillow and towel. Club W Ladies: Are you healing from the loss of your loved one? Club W (formerly OHCC Widows) has monthly meetings, speakers, get-togethers, games, luncheons, pot lucks, and trips. OHCC Drum Circle: Every Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm you can join a Drum Circle in the Clubhouse. Meet with us for a rhythmic, meditative experience with percussion instruments. No experience is necessary. Our group is led by resident and professional musician/drummer, Keith ompson. You don't even need a drum but if you have one, bring it. ere is no charge.
