October is here, and members and guests of the Four Seasons
Beaumont Water Volleyball Club continue to enjoy the sunshine and pool
play during our summer season at the Courts. We meet every Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 12 pm, and are always looking for
new players (we are continuously increasing our membership, which is
now at over 80 players!). All ages, heights, and skill levels are welcome.
In addition to our three weekly outdoor sessions, we also play indoors
at the Summit on Saturdays from 1 to 3 pm.
During the summer months, we occasionally enjoy potluck lunches
after our pool play sessions. For example, at the end of August the club's
former president Mel Harkin treated members to a potluck pizza party
to celebrate his birthday. Thanks Mel! These events are a great way to
socialize with friends and neighbors outside the pool.
Toward the end of this month we are looking forward to playing
indoors full time at the Summit. We will be playing Tuesdays,
Thursdays, and Saturdays during our winter session. Check your Daily
Report in November for play times. If you are looking for a club where
you can have some fun and laughs, come check us out. And bring your
