I have spoken with members of the Pass Action Group (PAG) and
have been told the case is still on schedule for Nov. 9. Not much
has changed since last month's update, but Randy Robbins, who is
a member of the PAG Steering Committee and Sun Lakes Board of
Directors, indicated their legal team continues to prepare for the
court hearing.
As more information becomes available, Randy will update me for
the Breeze follow-up article.
The PAG Board of Directors thank everyone who have supported
and continue to support the efforts to stop the Banning Pointe
Warehouse Project.
