| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | OCTOBER 2023 | 33 We have a team that is steadfast and true. Our claim to fame is "just keep moving" and to do so with a smile on our faces. Yes, there are a few "ouches" and "groans" but the 12 exercises are easy and worth the effort. SASY is strength training only. ere are 15 exercises for arms, legs and torso. e class is free. We meet in e Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and ursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne Lincoln at (951) 765-7112 or Char Weakley at (951) 926-2599. Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) Healthy Living During the 20th year celebration, we reminisced about past years and the changing scene. We see new and younger faces entering this wonderful place we all call "home." No doubt about it! It's a great place to live. Healthy Living focuses on health-related printed materials that are shared with the class. As seniors, we should always be trying to find the "healthy road to travel." e first half hour of the class is dedicated to sharing individual health concerns. Dave Tuvim, our host, provides the materials for distribution. e second half hour finds us enjoying social interaction and a great breakfast in the Bistro. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am in the Multipurpose Room. At 9:30 am we adjourn to the Bistro for breakfast together. If you have any questions about our program, please call Dave & Karen Tuvim at (626) 710-7163. Bid Whist PLUS Club e Bid Whist PLUS Social Club meet the first Friday of every month from 2 to 5:30 pm in the Game Room at the Four Seasons of Hemet Lodge.
