Do what's right… As a FirstService Residential employee, we are guided by what they call Core Values. When I joined FirstService via my employment in the Four Seasons community, I was excited to see the Core Values and how they reinforced how I approach my job and working with people. If you don't already know, I love working with people. ey are my favorite part of the job, they (people) are also the absolute most challenging part of my job. I oen run into situations where I have to decide, what is the right thing to do? Every day somebody will say to me, "I don't know how you do it… I would never do your job." For the record, when outside people hear what I do, they think it has to be the most fun job ever! It is somewhere in the middle of that scale. My goal is to be a community builder, bringing people together through entertainment and enrichment while managing the calendar. Sounds simple enough. I find being kind is a great way to tackle an issue. I am so proud of our community. You came together to celebrate the 20th Anniversary with creativity and enthusiasm. We should have some pictures to share with everyone in the next issue. September was also our first concert presented by the newly formed Four Seasons Piano Club. Wow! We are certainly blessed to have so much talent in our community. is show sold out fast, but I am sure they will have more in the future. Speaking of talent, we have the Four Seasons Players presenting at the end of this month and the Annual Arts & Cras show is coming next month. Both are a great way to experience the wealth of talent in our community. Before I sign off for the month, I want to thank Dan Ramos of the Social Committee. He is always the first guy to say yes and mean it — with a smile! 4 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | OCTOBER 2023 | From Your Activities Director Music on the Plaza Oct. 17, 6 to 8 pm: is Four Seasons favorite offers 70s to 90s hits, blues music, classic rock, classic country music, new country music, pop, popular and hit music, rock and roll. $5 per person.
