A 50s/60s Tribute Show that covers the iconic and classic girl groups of the '50s and '60s. Re-live those classic malt shop days of poodle skirts and saddle shoes with this nostalgic recreation of the good ol' days and fun surprises. Tickets are $12 and include event entry, assigned Auditorium seating and root beer floats. Health & Safety Fair Friday, Oct. 13. Mark your calendar for this popular annual event. It's free and will take place in the Clubhouse from 10 am to 1 pm. ere will be flu shots and lots of goodies are always available from the vendors. Tom Bloom will once again supply and barbecue hamburgers and hot dogs for us. USC Vs Notre Dame and TailGate Party Saturday, Oct. 14. is rivalry began in 1926 and is considered one of the fiercest in college football. is epic battle will be broadcast in the Auditorium. e room will be split into two fan sections, USC vs. Notre Dame, and you're encouraged to spice up your fan section with team swag and décor. Chili Cook-off Tailgate Party will open at 3:30 pm. Come show off your skills and cook up that famous pot of chili to share. If chili is not your thing, bring your favorite dish or dessert for all to enjoy. We will also have several corn hole games. is is a free event, but registration is required. Kick-off is at 4:30 pm. The End of Summer Nights Saturday, Oct. 28, 5:30 to 9:30 pm on the Patio. LIVE with DJ Nate. I am sad to say we are at the end of the summer season, but DJ Nate is coming back to rock the dance floor for this Special Summer Nights Finale. is is a free event, but registration is required. Comedy Night Sunday, Oct. 29, 6:30 pm in the Auditorium. Frances Dilorinzo of Comedy Entertainment and Orange County's premier agency for stand-up comedy is bringing the laughs back to e Colony. You will enjoy three professional comedians (not Colony residents) on our stage, and they are guaranteed to have you laughing. e seating will be cabaret style, and tables of eight may be purchased with individual checks. Social hour starts at 6:30 pm, followed by the show at 7 pm. Tickets are $15 per person.
