GENERAL SESSION BOARD MEETING: ursday, Oct. 19 at 2 pm. Seating will be available in the Auditorium and the meeting will
be livestreamed on YouTube at www.thecolonyatcaloakshoa.com/board-meetings.
MEET WITH A DIRECTOR: Wed., Oct. 11, 5 pm in the Lounge. Board members will be available for this informal question and
answer get-together, which meets the second Wednesday of each month.
ROOM RESERVATIONS: Fri., Oct. 1. is year seems to have gone by even more quickly than usual, and it's time again to make
room reservations for 2024. Forms for each type of event and activity will be available online and outside my office and will be
accepted between October 1 and October 15. EVERY GROUP MUST SUBMIT RESERVATION FORMS TO BE INCLUDED IN
THE 2024 ACTIVITIES CALENDAR.
