BON APPETIT CLUB
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our September
meeting had to be canceled. The Oct. 6 meeting will be
a demonstration of three different types of charcuterie
trays for parties or holiday gatherings. Members will be able
to munch on their own charcuterie in-a-cup during the presentation.
The November meeting will be our Chili Cook-off and December
will be the holiday luncheon cooked by Chef Noel. We will be selling
tickets for the luncheon starting in mid October.
November will be our annual elections for new Board members. At
this time, we have three open positions, Vice President,
Treasurer, and Secretary. If we can't fill these positions,
December will be our last meeting. Bon Appetit has
been a club at Solera for many, many years and it would be
a shame to have to dissolve it because we couldn't get three people
to step up and run for a position on the Board. If you are interested
