Click on that and scroll down the drop-down menu to the bottom where you will see FAQs. You will find answers to many of your questions here regarding landscaping, home improvements, HOA payments, entertainment and more, as well as who you need to call if you have a question that is not addressed. You may also use the "Message to Management" tab on the home page when you first sign in. It's on the right side underneath the Welcome Back with your name. that rule number 5.02 under Planning and Compliance refers to pets? Rule #11 in that group states that "walking" any pet using a vehicle within the Association is not permitted. Vehicles include cars, trucks, golf carts and bicycles of any kind. Association property is not only inside our gates, but includes the common areas OUTSIDE of our gates as follows: • On the East side of Highland Springs between Gate 6 and Country Club Dr. • On the south side of Sun Lakes Blvd. from Highland Springs to Highland Home. • On the north side of Sun Lakes Blvd. from Gate 2 to Highland Home.
