| THE COLONY NEWS | NOVEMBER 2023 | 39 Ron Baldridge was out with nine- month-old Vinny the dachshund early Sunday morning. Vinny loves to walk and never turns down a treat. And what a personality! Margaret Fuller and Dot were out walking this morning. She told me that Sweet Dot was rescued and given to her as a gi. She's adorable! Eleven-year-old "Charlie Also" is a rescue pup. He likes to walk his mom, Linda Weinke. She's had him seven years and tells me "Charlie Also" is a delight! I ran into the Corte Albara crew this morning. ey wanted to make sure I included Joanne Perry's cute rescue, Poppy, in the Pet Pictures. Poppy loves being out with her friends! Joey the papillon/ chihuahua mix is a cutie! His dog dad Jim Newell tells me he is a real love bug! I met Autumn today! Her mom Ricki Rycra said she rescued this sweet 2-year-old "tripod" from Tijuana. Ricki's favorite thing about Autumn is that "she has the sweetest face on earth!" Meet Charli. is cute little four-year- old was rescued from Animal Friends of the Valley, Wildomar, by Mary Kinter. Mary tells me Charli is her best friend … and I can tell you that this sweet girl loves treats! Marion deJager loves Frankie, her pug. When Marion leaves to play cards, Frankie likes to chill out and take naps. And Frankie loves treats, too! I met Bentley today … what a cutie! Mom Ursula Koch adopted this three- and-a-half-year-old Yorkie. She tells me Bentley loves taking naps and being cuddled. I think he likes posing, too! Meet Milo! Linda Kight told me her daughter found Milo when he was seven months old. She gave him to Linda as a birthday present! Milo is very smart and very mellow. Lulu and Buddy, the twin terror Shih Tzus of Via Amapola say, "Let us out!"
