The IMC continues to work with the Lanai Committee and the Golf Course Committee on
recommendations for the two on-going projects. We are providing input on the Golf Casa
Restroom remodel and design of the Lanai serving countertops. Those projects are currently in
the very early stages of design.
The Committee also continues its oversight of the Clubhouse interior, providing suggestions
on finalizing some projects and updating areas that were not addressed in the initial remodel.

The IMC is getting ready for the installation of our new "white winter-themed" holiday decor
in the Clubhouse. We hope to have the Clubhouse turned into a winter wonderland by the first
week of December. We hope you'll find it to be an elegant, festive and beautiful environment for
all your celebrations this holiday season!
As always, in addition to working with clubs and committees upon request, we also continue
to work closely with Property Management to enhance and improve our Community image and
ensure consistency of our brand to protect home values.
