TOPS (Take Off
Pounds Sensibly)
Welcome to TOPS; we are here for you! Eating healthy with TOPS
works if you work it. TOPS is not about dieting or selling a specific
food plan. It is about giving real people just like you the support and
tools they need to make lasting lifestyle changes that make sense for
them.
We invite you to visit our TOPS chapter. We meet at the South
Clubhouse on Thursdays with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and
meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once free of charge.
TOPS is very affordable; it's only $49 for new members plus $3
monthly chapter dues. With your membership, you receive a My Day
One (quick-start guide) and six TOPS magazines a year. You also
have access to a medical library and our members-only website.
We are a very friendly, caring support group, all with the same goal,
losing weight and being healthy. We have great programs and fun
activities, so come and join us!

Our TOPS chapter had seven members to attend the TOPS Fall
Rally held at Banning Estates on Wilson Street. Very inspiring and
so much fun.
Happy Thanksgiving to all! Enjoy your family and friends. There
is no need to skip the festivities, just plan and celebrate sensibly.
Remember, you are not a turkey so do not try stuffing yourself!
