Expressing
Gratitude
On Sept. 6, I fell while walking around Four Seasons Circle. Not
wanting to interrupt several residents who were stopped on the
sidewalk talking, I headed into the street when suddenly I found
myself flat on the roadway. (I know ... we are constantly being
reminded not to walk in the street!) I hit hard! I want to thank those
residents who quickly came to my aid, assisted in calling my husband
and stayed with me (even aer a police officer arrived) until my
husband could be reached. You are the best! I wish I had your names
to personally thank you. I did break my humerus bone; however,
am fully recovered now and just working with a physical therapist to
regain my full range of motion. God was truly watching out for me
then. e fall could have been so much worse. ankfully, it wasn't
and He sent wonderful people who cared enough to stop and help. I
will forever be truly grateful. ~ Mona Milbrandt
