SCE received approximately two years of applications just in the first quarter of 2023 to make the NEMS 2.0 guidelines. We receive periodic emails from SCE letting us know that things are progressing. In the last discussions with the vendor, they have a tentative date of April 2024 for construction to begin, but this could still be changed to a different date. If you would like to be on the email and text alert list, you can email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org or go to https://mailchi.mp/ fourseasonsatbeaumont.com/sms-signup. REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few seconds. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly. Please use the sidewalks if you are a pedestrian and wear visible clothing in darker hours. CLOSING 2023 I sincerely hope that you and your families had a fantastic Thanksgiving! As we are coming to the close of another year, I want to thank all of you who go out of your way to be kind to the onsite team here. It is very much appreciated. I hope you all have a warm and festive time with those closest to you during this holiday season.
