Please continue to come to all our meetings on Tuesday 1 pm. We have gotten some new members recently and I hope they will continue to join us. I love it when we get new members! Bunco Babes We continue to have a wonderful turnout for our lively and fun game of Bunco. Delicious goodies were provided by Monica Schol and Beth Schelton. Maggie Coleman was the lucky most Bunco winner! We all had a great time enjoying the afternoon with friends. Bunco is a great way to get to know some of the lovely ladies in our community, while playing a fun dice game with lots of laughs. Bunco Babes will meet on Fri., Dec. 15 in the Card Room from 1 pm until 3 ish and have a break with goodies halfway between games. There is a luncheon beginning at 12 pm for those who have signed up. There is limited seating (no walk-ins) so be sure to contact Lucille Gould at (909) 921-6067 to reserve your seat or notify if you can't attend. Please call by the Monday before game day to cancel. When new members call, Lucille will explain the rules and guidelines. We look forward to seeing everyone at the next Bunco on Dec. 15. Hand & Foot Calling all card players and especially Hand & Foot card players: are you a new resident and looking for an afternoon of fun? Come join us once a week. Even if you have never played the game, we can teach you quickly. Our group meets every Wednesday at 12:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room at The Lodge. There is no fee. Come as you are. Poker Mondays and Thursdays at 12 pm in the Multipurpose Room. Come join us! Mah-Jongg Club The MahJongg Club invites you to join us and enjoy playing this game which dates back hundreds of years. If you are curious about the game, come and learn how to play! If you are an experienced player who is new to our community, please come and join our group. We play every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 3 pm in the Multipurpose Room. If you want to learn how to play, we have written instructions, and someone is always available to teach you. You are welcome to come and observe anytime we are playing. We also have birthday luncheons, holiday parties and other get-togethers throughout the year. If you would like to join us on a Tuesday evening and it appears that all the tables are full, no need to worry; we'll just start another table. The more the merrier! Mexican Train is a fun game played with dominoes. It's very easy to learn and it's a great way to meet new people or reconnect with someone you haven't seen in a while. We play on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm in The Lodge Multipurpose Room and would love to see more newcomers at the tables. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
